Janét an innovative branding expert and change agent. She is the Chairwoman & CEO of a women-led modern media parent company and digital consultancy that serves Fortune corporations and media companies in nine locations globally. She holds a PhD and an EMBA, as well as numerous leadership accreditations from prestigious Ivy League institutions.
Her comprehensive background spans roles in finance at TD Canada Trust, Canon and Brookfield LePage Johnson Controls along with management consulting in a broad range of functions, from supply chain operations, data analysis, finance to strategic thinking at both corporate, start up to scale levels. Through her adept leadership and vision, the digital consultancy she founded in 2011 has swiftly grown into a boutique multinational company with global impact.
Janét is passionate about creative companies geared towards agriculture, art, energy, film, fintech, media, real estate, science, technology and wellness.

Charles is a visionary. After graduating from the esteemed Ivy league with a Masters in Engineering and a MBA. Charles became the successor of his late grandfather’s family business. He assumed the role of Chairman & CEO at the young age of 23, making him responsible for more than 50 employees globally. As an avid traveler, he decided to travel the world before assuming his role as CEO. During his time abroad, Charles invented an industry-related patent that garnered him acclaim in his field. Charles attributes his success with world governments, monarchs, dignitaries and diplomats to his travel spent in foreign markets observing business on an international scale. His newly gained knowledge in these markets has helped him shift his bequeathed company from an eight to nine figure business in less than five years. Currently, he remains working in foreign markets alongside governments in the aviation, petroleum and refinery sectors.
Charles is influenced by startups who are social-focused with great scalability in agriculture, climate, energy, health, real estate, science, and technology.

Devin is an operational wizard. His passion for scaling businesses began working alongside his late father and brothers in their family business. After graduating with degrees in Economics and an MBA from two of America’s most prestigious Ivy league schools, he decided to assume the role of COO over a 50-plus person operation. Devin has always known he was destined for greatness with his eloquence and mastery in understanding key strategies to keep a business thriving in any economic environment. Throughout his career, Devin has had the opportunity to work alongside companies such as Exxon, Texaco, Rosneft, Abu Dhabi National Oil, Nigerian National Petroleum in the aviation, petroleum and refinery markets.
Devin is interested in companies that focus on human potential to create impact in the fields of energy, real estate and technology-based industries.
NOEL M., FINANCE, E.COM., MBA - ENTREPRENEUR, ECONOMIST, FINANCIER & INVESTOR
Noel is a financial guru. He is a serial entrepreneur with degrees in Finance, Economics and an MBA from top Ivy league schools. His passion for entrepreneurship began in childhood. Noel was inspired by his late-grandfather’s legacy and his father joining the family’s refinery and manufacturing business. Though he started his entrepreneurial career at the age of 10 with his brother, selling basketball cards for profit on the playground, he has always maintained a “hustler’s mentality” when seeking exciting new ventures. Throughout his career, Noel has worked for Goldman Sachs, before joining his brothers in the family business. Since assuming the role of CFO, he has overseen transactions over $40Bn. Noel has worked with countries like the Israeli, United States, China, Saudi Arabian governments in the aviation, petroleum and refinery industries.
Noel is inspired by companies that desire to be fiscally-sound in the Artificial Intelligence, energy, finance, real estate and technology sectors.
